AyosPro provides a platform connecting homeowners with verified service professionals. You may use the platform solely for its intended purpose — booking, providing, or managing home services. You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Service providers on the AyosPro platform are independent contractors, not employees. AyosPro facilitates connections but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and compliance.
All pricing displayed is indicative and subject to change based on the scope of work. Payment terms are agreed upon between the customer and service provider. AyosPro may charge service or platform fees as disclosed during the booking process.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees. Refund policies may vary depending on the service provider's terms.
AyosPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
